Overview
Jupiter specializes in shampoo and scalp supplements designed to eliminate dandruff and promote scalp health. Their products are vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, and safe for all hair types.
Challenge
Despite strong brand loyalty, Jupiter needed to accelerate new customer acquisition while maintaining engagement with existing subscribers. The challenge was to develop high-converting paid social ads and landing pages that would attract first-time buyers. Additionally, identifying the most effective promotional strategies was crucial for increasing conversions.
Solution
I partnered with a strategist to design a paid social and landing page campaign focused on new customer acquisition, leveraging performance insights and copy to craft compelling offers and optimize creative assets. Key initiatives included:
Promotional strategies such as trial/sample packs, free gifts, and product bundles to drive conversions.
Before-and-after storytelling, which proved highly effective in showcasing the visible impact of Jupiter’s products, significantly boosting engagement and sales of the Flake-Free Duo and trial packs.
User-Generated Content (UGC) to build trust and social proof, featuring real customers highlighting the effectiveness, quality, scent, and safety of Jupiter’s products.
